YANING Clean Room Air Shower is self-contained chambers installed strategically at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled environments.They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space to avoid the risk for cross-contamination.

Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are "scrubbed" with HEPA-filtered air by high-velocity air jets running at 20-25 m/s. Contaminated air is then drawn through the base grille within the unit, filtered and recirculated.

 

Equip with sliding automatic doors which use photoelectric sensor switches to achieve interlocking, has automatic door opening and closing ( touch type ).

Product Feature

1. Electronic interlocking door, automatically blow and shower.
2. Duration for showering can be adjusted from 0 second to 99 seconds with time display and voice prompt.
3. Floor and nozzles are made of good quality stainless steel.
4. Filter efficiency can reach 99.99%@0.3μm with pre filter and HEPA filter.
5. Air velocity up to 25m/s.
