1. Laminar clean bench description:

Laminar flow cabinet is mainly consist of control panel, LED light, HEPA filter, glass, socket, fan, pre filter, wheels, foot margin, power line and UV light and so on, it is used to prevent contamination of semiconductor wafers, biological samples, or any particle sensitive materials. And the air for the working environment is thoroughly cleaned through a HEPA filter and blown in a very smooth, laminar flow towards the user.

1). Vertical flow clean bench, double single-sided operation, work area width ≥1400mm
2). Wind speed range: 0.30-0.60m/s, with three or more different wind speed modes available;
3). The work surface is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean;
4). It adopts integral HEPA high-efficiency air filter for filtration, with filtration efficiency ≥99.99%;
5). The pre-filter can effectively intercept large particles and impurities, and effectively extend the service life of the main filter;
6). Tempered glass door with 5° tilt angle design, comfortable lifting operation and convenient operation
