Hardwall modular cleanrooms provide outstanding performance and aesthetic appeal. Their rigid-wall construction allows for higher internal air pressures than those in softwall cleanrooms, meaning better performance. Wall panels come in many materials. Windows and other accessories can be added to customize your cleanroom.

Hardwall Cleanrooms utilize the same quality ceiling system as our Softwall Cleanrooms but have a more robust Rigid Wall System. They look great and are cost effective. In addition, they are easy to assemble/disassemble and can be easily added on to. We utilize high strength aluminum extrusions and encapsulate it in a durable coat of white powder baked enamel. Our ceiling incorporates a T-Slot fastening system which requires no drilling or tapping ensuring a perfect fit and complete cleanliness. We guarantee our Cleanrooms will meet the Class they are designed for.

Our hard-wall cleanroom construction can withstand the high volume of airflow required for ultra-clean environments such as ISO class 5-6 clean zones. But the bright and durable finish of the hard-wall cleanrooms also make them an attractive option for ISO class 7-8 cleanrooms.
The positive airflow pushes air down through the cleanroom, allowing particles to be flushed out evenly through the low level exhaust vent.

*Softwall cleanrooms are cleanrooms with fabric walls. These fabric walls may either be made from free-hanging plastic strips or fabric stretched tightly over a frame.
