Cleanroom Pass Box /Embedded/concealled door pass boxis an auxiliary device for clean room. It is mainly used for transferring small

articles between clean areas or between clean and non-clean areas. Through the pass box, the clean room

door opening frequency can be reduced and the pollution of clean areas can be minimized. To reduce dust

particulate caused by the goods moving in and out, the purified air from HEPA filter spay on the goods in

different direction through rotary nozzle. It can get rid of dust particulate efficiently.

Applicable to semiconductor, microelectronics, electronic technology, optical instruments, chemicals,

food and other industrial and scientific research.

Static pass box / Embedded/concealled door pass box is a special equipment for transferring small articles between different clean 
level areas. It can prevent air in the lower clean area to enter the higher clean area effectively. 
The pass box is equipped with electronic interlock or mechanical interlock.
