Product Description

Cleanroom Air Shower is a necessary passage for person or goods entering into the clean room in order to reduce the pollution caused by people/cargo entering and leaving the clean room.

Removes surface-deposited particles from personnel prior to entering the cleanroom.

Self-contained, turnkey chambers are pre-assembled at the factory and shipped in two sections (top and bottom) for fast installation
HEPA-filtered air (rated 99.99% efficient at 0.3 microns) washes over personnel to dislodge loose particles that accumulate on garments

Electromagnetic interlock system prevents the doors from opening before the air shower cycle is completed, protecting the cleanroom from cross-contamination
Door locks automatically release in the event of a power outage or if one of the Emergency Exit buttons are depressed
Shower time and door interlock duration can be programmed using the touchscreen control panel
Air nozzles can be adjusted to redirect streams of air

Product Structure

 

Air showers are specialized enclosed antechambers which are incorporated as entryways of cleanrooms and other controlled environments to reduce particle contamination. Air showers utilize high-pressure, HEPA- or ULPA-filtered air to remove dust, fibrous lint and other contaminants from personnel or object surfaces. The forceful cleansing of surfaces prior to entering clean environments reduces the number of airborne particulates introduced.

 

- The frame material is made from high-quality powder coated steel, making the steady design, sharp and aesthetically pleasing to the product.

- Aluminum doors are made of aluminium shapes, so they are lightweight, durable and beautiful for the user. Door glass is a double layer glass, surely

- The jet nozzles are made of stainless steel that can be adjusted directionally, extremely durable, with an external galvanized coating that adds protection against abrasion compared to conventional steel. The high air velocity is in the range of 20 to 33 m/s, ensuring the effective milling necessary for the removal of airborne particles.

- Air filter: included pre-filter and HEPA filter. Pre filter filters crude dust to protect the well and extend the life of the filter in the back. The HEPA filter effectively filters 0.3 micron particles with a filter efficiency of 99.99%, providing a clean, safe environment that meets cleanroom standards.
