Hardwall modular cleanroom offer a completely enclosed, rigid cleanroom option with vents to exhaust air. Hardwall cleanrooms can maintain pressure differentials, which may be required to meet certain standards for cleanliness.
Hardwall construction allows temperature and humidity control, as well as negative-pressure containment to create laminar flow of particle-free air.
The frame is aluminum alloy, powder-coated or stainless steel; wall panels are available in clear acrylic, static-dissipative PVC, tempered glass and sandwich panel.

T-Grid Ceiling System. No support required from host building.
Windows: 5mm tempered glass, double glazed, flush mounted in aluminum frame.
Entry Door: 3' x 7' Door with viewing window, passage lever and spring hinges.
Return Air Grilles: Properly sized for airflow relief.
Lighting: LED cleanroom light fixtures.
Ceiling Panels: Acrylic panels with sealed edges.
Fan Filter Units: 2' x 4' with 99.995% HEPA Filter, variable speed control.
