YANING Pass Box Tunnel Air Shower is the solution for the automatic transfer of material in boxes and bags through a continuous tunnel
using a roller conveyor. It is designed to carry out clean, fast and residue-free dust removal and disinfection processes using UV light.

It can maintain the integrity of cleanroom environment while moving product between the warehouse and the cleanroom.

 

It includes an air shower system for dust removal which works with high efficiency EC fans and 360 degree stainless steel nozzles.
Dust is removed very efficiently and collected in the unit's filters.

1. Electric lifting door with Germany imported motor, long service life, no noise, more than 10,000 times lifting.

2. An array of stainless steel nozzles direct high-velocity jets within the chamber.

3. Electrical interlocking door mechanism.

4. Base surface is constructed of perforated stainless steel 304,making it easy to clean.

5. Adopt 5MM tempered glass window with high transparency, provide a clear view of the internal chamber.
